ABOUT 211
The United Way 211 Helpline is a gateway to a wide range of essential community services available 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. Our trained care coordinators listen, ask questions, assess callers’ needs and refer people to resources within United Way’s comprehensive database of local providers.
We serve Adams, Brown, Clermont and Hamilton counties in Ohio; and Boone, Campbell, Grant and Kenton counties in Kentucky.
If you are an individual in need of help and can’t find what you need after searching 211UWGC.org, please DIAL 211 or fill out our contact request form to have a care coordinator get in touch with you directly.

If your organization is currently in the United Way of Greater Cincinnati Community Resource Directory, login to the agency portal to update your information anytime. We will review your submission and edit your agency's listing.
